  2. In a bowl, stir together the diced apples, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg until the apples are evenly coated.
  3. Take the cinnamon rolls and cut them into ¼ inch slices. Roll them out on a floured work surface until they are thin. Be sure to dust them with flour to prevent them from sticking and falling apart. If you find it easier, you can also dust your hands with flour and press the dough to thin it out.
  4. Start by arranging a layer of flattened cinnamon rolls at the bottom and sides of the dish. Press them down with your hands to seal them well. This will be the first layer of your lasagna.
  5. Next, spread half of the apple filling on top of the cinnamon roll layer. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of caramel sauce on top of the apples. Then, cover this layer with another layer of flattened cinnamon rolls.
  6. Repeat the previous step by spreading the remaining apples and drizzling more caramel sauce on top. Finish off with another layer of flattened cinnamon rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
