Ingredients
2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 pound ground beef, lean
1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup pepperoni sausage, sliced
16 oz. pizza sauce
4 teaspoons milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni Pizza Casserole Recipe:

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Remove any extra fat. Mix in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and milk thoroughly. Fill a 2-quart casserole dish halfway with this mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then top with the cheese and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
