1 pound lean ground beef (the leaner the better)
1/2 diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 can (optional) green beans
Condensed cream of mushroom soup, 10.75 oz.
2 cups tater tots, frozen
season with salt and pepper to taste Add cheese if desired
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground meat. Remove any extra fat.
Sauté the onions in the skillet for 4 to 5 minutes, or until transparent.
Cook for a further minute, stirring often, after adding the garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste after adding the Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the ground beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Top with tater tots and cream of mushroom soup.
Bake the tater tots for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve right away.
