Casserole with Herb-Infused Chicken and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 finely sliced red bell pepper

1 finely sliced yellow bell pepper

1 finely sliced green bell pepper

2 finely minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

For a garnish, freshly chopped fresh parsley

PREPARATION:

To begin, preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken breasts, garlic, paprika, oregano, a pinch of salt & pepper, and olive oil. Stir the chicken until it is evenly seasoned.

Add the colored bell pepper slices to the chicken mixture and give it a thorough swirl.

Pour this mixture into a 913-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with a generous amount of cheddar and parmesan cheese.

Allow it to bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.

When finished, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve immediately, allowing the creamy, cheesy tastes to melt in your mouth.

Enjoy !
