1 pound cooked bacon, chopped into bits °8 eggs °1 cup heavy whipped cream °Half a teaspoon of salt °Half tsp crushed black pepper °1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

*Creating a Low Carb Cheeseburger

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir meat with garlic and onion powder for 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned and crumbly. Remove and discard the fat.
Fill a 9′′ x 13′′ casserole dish halfway with beef. Mix in the bacon chunks.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Add 8 ounces of cheddar cheese and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Add 4 oz of cheese on top.
30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.
