INGREDIENTS
2 cauliflower heads, sliced into florets
5 eggs
1 pound heavy cream
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder 12 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
4 teaspoons melted butter
2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
12 cup shredded mozzarella
12 cup grated parmesan extra for topping
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 913 baking dish.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes, or until soft.
Drain the cauliflower to remove as much moisture as possible before placing it in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, spices, and cheese. Incorporate the melted butter (make sure the butter has cooled before adding it).
Top the cauliflower with the cheese mixture and the remaining 12 cup parmesan.
35-40 minutes, or until the top begins to brown.
Serve hot.
