It simply takes basic baking ingredients, a little stirring, and a little more than a minute in the microwave to make an irresistibly ooey-gooey fudgy chocolate cake big enough for one so you don’t have to share it with another living soul.
A few firms now produce microwaveable single-serving cakes, but this isn’t something you should buy at the store! You probably have all of the materials on hand, and it’s so simple that even a child could make it. (In fact, it’s a fairly fantastic recipe to make with kids. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
a quarter teaspoon of salt
two tbsp cocoa powder
a half teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp. chocolate chips
To serve, vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION
Whisk together the oil, sugar, egg yolk, and milk in a large cup. If you grease the mug, it will stick, but the cake will not rise.
Incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
75 seconds in the microwave. The top should appear set, but the center should be fudge.
Allow it cool for 1 minute before topping with ice cream and serving.
