Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake is creamy and flavorful with strawberries. When you were a youngster, what was your favorite ice cream shop? The strawberry shortcake ice cream bar was my favorite. Sweet strawberries with chilled vanilla ice cream.

Strawberries, fresh

Coolwhip, 8 oz.

To make the crumbs:

Golden Oreos, crushed

Butter

Jello strawberry 3 oz.

To make the filling:

16 oz. softened cream cheese

granulated sugar 12 cup

2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

a tsp vanilla extract

8 oz. cool whip

To make the glaze:

1.5 cups powdered sugar

3 to 5 tbsp heavy cream

a half teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes, or until there are no lumps and it is perfectly smooth. During this time, scrape the bowl at least twice.

Mix in the sugar and flour until fully mixed and frothy. Scrape the bowl’s sides and bottom. Mix in the vanilla extract and Cool Whip until it’s smooth and frothy.

5 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool after removing from the oven. Fill each cone halfway with cream cheese filling. Sprinkle chopped fresh strawberries on top of each cone.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar and baking powder.

Add the heavy cream a spoonful at a time until you get the desired consistency for your icing or drizzle. Mix in the vanilla extract and sprinkle over the cones right away.
