Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing dish, combine the butter, 12 cup powdered sugar, vanilla essence, salt, and flour. Blend until you get a smooth dough.
Fold in the chopped pecans into the dough.

Bake the dough balls for 12 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Allow the cookies to totally cool.
In a small bowl, place the cup of powdered sugar.
Serve the cookies dusted with powdered sugar.
