1 1/2 cup hot milk 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 dry beef jar (8 oz.)
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Chipped Creamed Beef Recipe:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Whisk in all of the flour at once to produce a roux.

Whisk in the milk a little at a time, then raise the heat to medium-high and continue to cook, whisking constantly, until thickened.

Bring to a boil, then add the beef and cayenne pepper and cook until heated through. Serve over toast.
