We understand that finding traditional ingredients may be challenging, especially in the United States. That’s why we’ve tailored this recipe to make it accessible for cooks like you. By substituting cottage cheese for fresh farm cheese and adding a touch of feta, we have recreated the perfect texture and tanginess. And to make it even easier, we use store-bought phyllo dough, so you can achieve that desired flaky crust without the hassle.
