When you’re driving through Amish Country, you can’t resist stopping at a local market. They have the most incredible treats that are made with love and the finest ingredients. While everyone raves about their bread, there’s another underrated delight you shouldn’t miss: Amish Caramel Corn! It’s a sensational combination of sweetness, buttery goodness, and satisfying crunch. I simply can’t get enough of it, which is why I set out to recreate it at home. And let me tell you, the results were absolutely amazing!

The best part about Amish Caramel Corn is the addition of roasted peanuts. They provide a delightful crunch and a wonderful nutty flavor. If you need to avoid peanuts, you can use almonds or pecans instead. Just remember to roast them beforehand to enhance the flavor.
