Pour 12 vegetarian glasses The only thing you’re missing is this quick and easy Fall dessert recipe. It’s created with pumpkin pie mix, cream cheese, cool whip, and caramel–everything I love in one bowl! It’s a crowd-pleaser that’s really easy to create. There is no need to bake!

This simple fall dessert includes all of my favorite ingredients in one bowl! I’d rather eat it as a meal and never eat anything else again, but then I realize that I still have to fit into my clothes during the winter.

I adore cheesecake and anything pumpkin spice, but I’m also lazy and don’t always enjoy baking, so this is the perfect Fall treat or party appetizer for anyone who enjoys tasty things like me. This recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare and is ready to serve!

Ingredients
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese
1.5 cup pumpkin pie filling (NOT pumpkin puree)
1 (8 oz.) container cold whip
4-6 tbsp caramel sauce (I love Ghirardelli’s squeeze bottle caramel sauce)
Instructions
In a large mixing basin, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Mix in the pumpkin pie mix and 3 tablespoons caramel until well blended.

Fold in up to an 8-ounce container of Cool Whip (around 6 ounces is my preference). The fluffier the dip, the more whipped topping you add.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.

Drizzle caramel over top right before serving.

Serve with Nilla Wafers, ginger snaps, graham crackers, pretzels, apples, or whatever you choose. This dip goes a long way, so you’ll need at least a couple boxes of cookies or pretzels for a large gathering… unless you’re like me and devour it with a spoon.

Notes on the Recipe
Pumpkin pie mix is often sold in 30-ounce cans. You should absolutely make these very simple pumpkin pie pancakes with the leftovers.
Before combining, powdered sugar can be used in place of the caramel sauce. You just need something to make it a little more appealing.
I like to add a couple layers of caramel drizzle as I transfer it from my mixing bowl to a serving dish so that you get a little of that caramel goodness even when you get to the bottom of the bowl.
