Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced 1/4″ thick
- 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed and sliced in half
- 2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Wash the creamer potatoes, cut them in half, and add them to a sealable gallon-sized baggie.
- Add the vegetable oil, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the baggie. Seal the baggie and shake it to coat the potatoes evenly.
- In a large frying pan, add the sausage and water and cook over medium-high heat until the sausages are browned and most of the water has evaporated.
- Remove the sausage from the pan and let it cool. Once cool enough, add it to the baggie with the potatoes.
- In the same frying pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent. Allow them to cool for a few minutes and then add them to the baggie with the potatoes and sausage. Shake the baggie to mix everything together.
- Finally, add the drained green beans to the baggie, shake to mix, and then empty the contents into the prepared baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious one-pan meal!
