Fries, Mac and Cheese Bites, and Chicken Wings

This is by far the best fried chicken recipe I’ve ever cooked or tasted! If you stick to the recipe, the breading is absolutely comparable to KFC, however as a previous reviewer said, the addition of oregano may assist. The only thing I changed was to add a few extra flavors to the flour mixture, including paprika, Goya seasoning, lemon pepper, and garlic/herb poultry seasoning. I feel horrible for Jennifer since she obviously made a mistake and missed out on the finest fried chicken ever! I’ll never make fried chicken any other way……this recipe is delicious! (Because I didn’t have a deep fryer, I used a conventional 12 inch frying pan, which worked perfectly.)

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken thighs (or any other portion you want)
1 kilogram of flour
1 pound breadcrumbs
5 eggs
salt, pepper, and oil (for frying)

  1. Wash the chicken and marinate it in the salt and pepper marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Separate flour and breadcrumbs in a separate basin. 3. Separate 5 eggs.
  3. In a wok, heat the oil.
  4. Chicken at the egg’s bottom
    Roll in flour.
7.Deep in the bud once more
  5. Coat with breadcrumbs
  6. Fry the chicken till golden brown.
10.When the chicken is done, place it on a plate and wipe away any extra oil with a tissue.
    Serve and enjoy!
