Items included:
four to five medium apples
80 g sugar and 3 tbsp honey
Aspartame powder
30g of butter
A 250-gram mascarpone
three eggs
ten to twenty speculoos
caramel with salted butter
Getting ready:

Let the apples cool before peeling, coring, and chopping them into cubes.

In a nonstick skillet with melted butter, the apples are browned for approximately five minutes in the second phase of the method. After that, the fruit is caramelized for an additional five minutes in the pan with the addition of honey and cinnamon.

Taking the apple juice out and allowing it to cool is the third step.

Assemble the egg whites and yolks separately. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a salad bowl until the mixture whitens, then add the mascarpone and whisk again until well combined.

The egg whites need to be beaten with a dash of salt in the fifth stage. Next, delicately fold them into the mascarpone, lifting the dough as you go.

Finally, fill each glass with two speculoos biscuits that have been coarsely smashed. Next, include the recently extracted apple juice and a dollop of mascarpone cheese. Next, to finish the presentation, gently place the apple slices on top and pour a little caramel over them.

The final phase requires one more repetition of the process, followed by the application of a layer of delicious caramel. To get the best results, the meal must be chilled for at least five hours.
