Hashbrowns on a Sheet Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg beaten 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns.
- Combine the olive oil, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix the potatoes until they are equally coated.
