This egg rolls in a bowl recipe has all of the flavors of classic skillet egg rolls but without the fried shell! A low-carb way to eat your favorite Chinese dishes!

*ingredients

°450 grams of ground sausage.
I used 6 cups of coleslaw mix.
4 smashed garlic cloves.
°1 teaspoon minced ginger.
°1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
°1/4 c chopped green onions.
°1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.

*How to Make Bowl Spring Rolls

Cook the ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until cooked thoroughly, stirring frequently to prevent it from breaking apart. Please do not empty the dishwasher.
Cook until cabbage is heated in skillet with coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.

After removing it from the pan, we garnish with green onions and a sprinkle of sesame oil.
Before serving, sprinkle each plate with sriracha if desired.
