Constituents
12 ounces of egg noodles boiled as directed on the box
Italian sausage, one pound, ground
Diced one yellow bell pepper
Diced one red bell pepper
A teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 tsp finely chopped white garlic
One big 28-oz can of chopped tomatoes without the drain
1 tablespoon dried basil and ½ cup white cooking wine
If desired, add salt and pepper.
Shredded Parmesan cheese as a finishing touch
As a garnish, parsley

Guidelines
First, put the meat and peppers in a skillet and cook it to a medium-high temperature.

Simmer until the meat is well done and the peppers start to get tender.

Reduce the temperature and sauté the minced garlic and Italian spice for 30 seconds.

When the liquid is reduced by half, add the white cooking wine and sauté.

Step two: Transfer the tomatoes and their liquid into a skillet, then mix in the dried basil, salt, and pepper.

Mix thoroughly to blend.

The next step is to add the fried egg noodles and sauté them until they are well warm.

Add some Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
