INGREDIENTS

1 egg

500ml (two cups) water

800g flour (6 3/8 cup)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound cooked potatoes

50g of butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

250g of cheese

Slices of salami weighing 140g

METHOD

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, olive oil, water, flour, and salt. Allow the dough to rest for ten minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine boiling potatoes, butter, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the dough into four pieces and fill with prepared potatoes, cheese, and salami.

Fry on both sides in the pan until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
