Ingredients 600 g or more of chicken breast, cut into pieces
To make the marinade
a half teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
paprika powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Optional: a pinch of ginger and ras el hanout
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper 1 splash of oil
1 deep plate of flour for breading
1 soup plate with 2 salted and peppered beaten eggs
1 deep plate unsalted Corn Flakes, roughly crushed (crush them in a freezer bag)
Preparation

For the marinade, arrange your chicken breasts, sliced not too thick, fat or small bones removed, over all the ingredients listed, knead the chicken with this mixture, cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge (2 hours or more…). ⁣
Cooking: Remove a piece of chicken from the marinade and dip it in the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally the cornflakes, pressing lightly. Repeat until all of the ingredients have been utilized.
You may also bake them or fry them in a pan with oil.
