Lemon thyme roasted chicken, garlic butter roasted potatoes, and asparagus

Ingredients:

1 big chicken

1 onion

1 lemon

1 pound of butter

2 sprigs of thyme

Salt

Pepper

roasted garlic powder

The powdered onion

Chicken seasoning

Flatures of red pepper

Ground thyme

Paprika

Stuff the chicken with the onion, lemon, and two thyme sprigs chopped into four pieces.

Then, thoroughly season the entire chicken with salt, fresh cracked pepper, ground thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic and onion powder, red pepper flake, and paprika.

Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, or until the skin is lightly browned and crisp…..

Lower the temperature to 375° and continue to bake for an hour, basting the bird two or three times during the procedure.
