2 eggs
1 cup milk
32 smashed Ritz crackers
12 cup finely chopped onion
4 oz. strong cheddar cheese, shredded
12 pound ground beef 1 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon pepper
12 cup of ketchup
12 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp mustard.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Whisk the eggs. Mix in the milk and crackers. Mix in the onion and cheese. Mix in the ground beef. Combine thoroughly. Form into a loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
To prepare the topping, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. After 30 minutes of baking, spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf. Return the bread to the oven for another 10 minutes of baking. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
