This quick crustless pizza bowl recipe combines all of the great ingredients of pizza into a bowl.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound sausage, ground Ground beef, chicken, or turkey can also be used.
3 cups Mushrooms
1/2 cup Pepperoni *I used small pepperoni, but any size will do!
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
2 cups Pizza Sauce with No Sugar
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the mushroom until it is tender.
Cook through the sausage.
Set out 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce in microwavable dishes. 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese on top.
Divide the meat and mushrooms evenly among the bowls.
Top with the same quantity of cheese and the same amount of sauce.
Top with the remaining cheese, a pinch of red pepper flakes, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, and as much pepperoni as desired.
Place in the oven on broil (or microwave) until the cheese melts.
