2 puff pastry rolls
1 yolk of an egg
14 cup milk (60 mL)
Sesame seeds for garnish
12 cup cream cheese, 100 g
12 smoked salmon slices

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius/374 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut teaspoons of puff pastry from sheets of puff pastry. Brush each spoonful with egg wash (egg yolk mixed with milk) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. As indicated in the video, place the spoon on an aluminum foil tube. 15 minutes in the oven.
  4. Top each spoon with cream cheese, a salad piece, and a rolled slice of salmon.
