Floating Skillet Buns
Fluffy Skillet Buns are soft and fluffy buns that are pan-fried for a somewhat crispy outer feel.

This recipe is simple to make and requires few ingredients, making it an excellent choice for a quick breakfast or a wonderful dinner side dish.
Ingredients

235 ml (1 cup) 1 cup milk (245 mL) water 1 tsp sugar, 10 g dry yeast 620 g (5 cups) 1.5 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons olive oil all-purpose flour 1 tsp garlic 50 g (1/4 cup) butter Preparation of Parsley

Knead the dough after combining all of the ingredients. Allow to rise for 1 hour.

Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces. Make balls. Allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Spread the cakes out and cook in a hot pan.

Combine the oil, garlic, and parsley in a mixing bowl. This mixture should be used to grease each loaf.
