2 c. flour
12 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
a dozen shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk + 12 cup + 2 teaspoons melted butter
1 tablespoon dried parsley
12 tsp garlic powder

  • Follow these instructions: Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and garlic powder in a large mixing basin. Mix with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
  • Continue to stir in the cheese until it is completely coated.
  • Add in 12 cup melted butter and the buttermilk. Combine until the mixture is thick and resembles a “wet/loose dough.”
  • Using a spoon from a 14 measuring cup, lightly scoop the mixture and spoon out biscuits onto the baking sheet, dolloping 1-2 hefty – spoonfuls. Make careful to leave around 2 inches between biscuits.
  • Bake for 12 minutes with the baking sheet inside the oven.
  • In a small mixing dish, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter, dried parsley, and garlic powder while the biscuits are baking. Using a fork, thoroughly blend all ingredients.
  • When the biscuits are done, quickly brush them with the melted butter mixture using a silicone brush.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool for 2 minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack or serving plate. Serve with your favorite dish as a side or appetizer.
