Here’s how to create light milk rolls, delightful light rolls that are soft as can be, quick to make, and excellent for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
450 g of flour
1 sachet baking yeast
1 teaspoon brown sugar
30 g soft butter, cut in half
280 mL of skim milk
1 tsp salt Preparation

In a salad bowl, combine the flour and make a well. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and knead for 10 minutes.
Cover the dough with a cloth and set it aside for 2 hours to rise.
Work the dough for a few minutes more, then divide it into 12 equal balls.
Form your loaves and set them on a parchment-lined baking pan.
Brush your bread with milk and let aside for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180°C in the meantime.
Bake for 20 minutes, checking halfway through.
