Condiments

8-10 uncooked chicken strips (approximately 2 pounds)
5 quarts buttermilk
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
14 cup sugar 6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
14 – 12 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon olive (or veggie) oil
six hamburger buns
12 cup chopped lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes sliced cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Stir in the chicken strips and buttermilk.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for two hours.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
