Soup with kailbasa and potatoes. You’ll fall in love with this soup! Loaded with somewhat crunchy sausage chunks, soft, tender potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions.

*Ingredient

               °1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced

               °2 mince garlic clove

               °1 tsp olive oil

               °1 small yellow onion

               °Half a cup of celery, finely chopped

               °2 large carrots, peeled and cut into cubes

               °4 c chicken broth

               °1 pound potatoes, cube

               °A quarter c grate parmesan

               °2 c milk

               °2 c grate cheddar cheese

               °1/4 c coarsely chop parsley

               °Salt & pepper to taste

+the initial step:
Warm the olive oil in a Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes after adding the minced sausage.
Remove the sausage from the Dutch oven and set it aside.
The following is the second step:
Cook for 2 minutes in the same pan with the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Including chicken broth and potatoes
Bring to a boil, then lower to a low heat, cover, and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
Step three:
Add the milk, parmesan, and cheddar cheese to the pan with the kielbasa. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for another 10 minutes over medium-low heat, or until the cheese melts.
Remove from the heat and top with chopped parsley.
Serve right away.
