Ingredients:

3 cups 450g ordinary wheat flour
60g chopped chocolate cobertuta
100g couverture chocolate
14g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
300g of sugar
200ml olive oil
200ml of milk
4 eggs
Whole strawberries (amount required)

Directions:

Place the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and well combine.
Mix in the oil, followed by the milk.
Mix in the whole wheat flour and baking powder.
Mix in the cut strawberries and the chopped chocolate coating. then pour into a 33 x 22 cm oiled and floured mold.

Put the entire strawberries and the chocolate covering in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 40–45 minutes.
