Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the package directions. Then, add the cream cheese, cover, and simmer until the cheese is melted. Make sure to blend everything well. Set it aside and let it cool completely.
  3. While the ground beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells according to the package directions. Drain them and set them out individually on a baking sheet so that they don’t stick together.

  5. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the shells. Bake them for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top it off with some chopped green onions and serve with sour cream and/or more salsa on the side.
