Excellent marinade recipe. With salty Worcestershire and soy sauce, as well as a hint of heat from peppers, this steak marinade offers rich layers of flavor. The steak is delicious and juicy.

Soy sauce, 1/3 cup
half a cup olive oil
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
three tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 cups dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 tablespoon spicy pepper sauce
1 teaspoon minced dried garlic

Make it as follows:
In a blender, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper.
If desired, add hot pepper sauce and garlic. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until fully combined.
Pour marinade over meat of choice.
Refrigerate for up to 8 hours, covered. Cook the meat to your liking.
