1 pound seasoned ground pork
12 cup onion, finely diced
12 cup carrot, diced
12 cup finely chopped green onion
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
30 Spring roll or egg roll wrappers, salted and peppered to taste
The oil used to fry the lumpia
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, combine the ground pork, onions, and carrots.
Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the minced garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce, green onions, and cabbage.
Cook for 5 minutes more.

Allow the filling to cool slightly after completion.
Place the wrappers on the counter in front of you and place a small spoonful of the filling in a line along the length of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper’s edges in and carefully roll the remainder of the wrapper.
Seal the edges of the lumpia with a small bit of water.
In a deep side skillet, heat 3 to 4 inches of oil and carefully add 5 lumpias at a time.
Cook till the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
Continue rolling and frying the lumpia until all of them are done.
