Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges – Our favorite fries are these quick baked potato wedges! They’re crunchy, cheesy, garlicky, salty, and great for dipping in ketchup or other sauces!

3-4 huge russet potatoes (cut into wedges)
four tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt and 2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
12 cup shredded parmesan cheese for dipping Optional: fresh parsley (or cilantro), ranch or blue cheese dressing

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375°F. Set aside a big baking sheet that has been lightly greased.
